The article is about a social statistics of refugee reality concerning education, psycho-social sensitivities, identity patterns, political orientation in exile. It shows the wishes and the opinions of Palestinian people about peace negotiations. It also analyses the existence and the extent of democratic attitudes in a group of disadvantaged refugees and exiles. More Importantly, it highlights whether the awareness of being deprived of democratic rights and freedom can generate democracy.
