Want to contribute to the sustainability of tourism in Lebanese villages? This is your chance to have a model project for others to follow!
The International Center for Human Sciences (CISH) – UNESCO, Byblos is launching, in collaboration with Roots and Vision Initiative, and the ministries of culture, tourism, and youth, a call for innovative actions for sustainable tourism for the Lebanese village of Mayfouq. The aim of this call is to encourage participants to propose innovative and pioneer action plans for the town of Mayfouq. The outcome of the latter projects would be to promote sustainable tourism for the village, all while preserving its thriving identity, on the basis of four pivotal realms: cultural, environmental, sports, and heritage developments, that would in later stages serve as a model for fellow municipalities to follow.

CISH – اليونسكو ، بيبلوس ، بالتعاون مع مبادرة جذور ورؤيا ، و وزارات الثقافة والسياحة والشباب ، مبادرة لاتخاذ إجراءات مبتكرة لتشجيع السياحة المستدامة لقرية ميفوق اللبنانية و جذب السياح إليها. الهدف من هذه المبادرة هو تشجيع المشاركين على اقتراح خطط عمل جديدة ورائدة لميفوق. وستكون نتيجة المشاريع الأخيرة تعزيز السياحة المستدامة للقرية ، مع الحفاظ على هويتها المزدهرة ، على أساس أربعة مجالات محورية: التطورات الثقافية والبيئية والرياضية والتراثية والتي من شأنها أن تكون نموذجًا في
