LAU invited the WLCU officials to attend the event “The Arabic Language: Roots, forms and globalization” to commemorate the World Arabic Language Day at CISH (International Centre for Human Sciences), under the auspices of UNESCO. The event was held in collaboration between CISH-Byblos, the Ministry of Culture and LAU-SINARC, and held panels on the evolution of the Arabic language and the role of the Arabic language in globalization, as well as a workshop on calligraphy and arabesque.
