In the Times Higher Education Global Sustainable Development Congress at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Saudi Arabia, Dr. Darina Saliba Abi Chedid – the director of the International Center for Human Sciences (CISH) – UNESCO, intervened on May 31, 2023 in a panel discussion on “How to ensure effective leadership and bold action to motivate, inspire and guide others towards a greater good, and initiate a greater focus on sustainable energy and industry”.
Her focused intervention encapsulated five years of impactful work in leading the CISH-UNESCO towards sustainability. She also linked the UNESCO intrinsic reports on sustainability in Higher Education, motivating higher education leaders to create sources of inspiration to
their students and to the industry
