The International Centre for Human Sciences – UNESCO, Byblos in partnership with Hanns Seidel Foundation, has organized on the occasion of the International Women’s Day, informative and training sessions about “Key to Continued Success for Women: Lifelong Learning” and “Parents and Social Media” and a panel discussion on “Generation Equality: Realizing Women’s Rights”, moderated by the CISH Director Dr. Darina Saliba Abi Chedid in the presence the President of the Lebanese Red Cross in Byblos, Mrs. Randa Kalab, and a crowd of heads of associations and community actors.
This day also included an intervention by Dr. Samir Chalita on the Corona virus and the need to adhere to preventive guidelines to mitigate its spread. Finally, certificates were distributed to participants and medals to the guest speakers
