Under the patronage and presence of H.E Minister of Culture Dr. Mohamed Daoud, the International Center for Human Sciences under the auspices of UNESCO and in collaboration with the United Nations Information Center (UNIC) launched its activities and program during a ceremony held on Thursday June 20, 2019.
The event took place in CISH historical monument in Byblos, in the presence of Lebanese Ministers, Deputies, Ambassadors, Mayors, CISH Governing Board Members, University President’s and Directors, security forces, and many prominent religious and cultural figures. CISH Director Dr. Darina Abi Chedid introduced the center’s accomplishments so far and announced the program, action plan and activities for the upcoming years 2019-2020. The event was then followed by a cocktail dinner on the rooftop.
